I visited this bank recently to open a bank account. This bank is in the front and can be seen easily from the road. To start with, a parking facility for a 2/4 wheeler is available. The bank remains open from 9.30 to 6.30pm. I went to open a bank account and didn't face any issues. Overall the bank and staff's cooperation is good but I felt something was missing. For instance, there was no sitting space for people if there were many customers. We two people went there and the staff themselves didn't have a place to sit. Overall it is Ok.
